Mixed-Use
Residences + Retail

This mixed-use project is organized as a vertical extension of the city, layering retail, shared outdoor space, and residential uses into a single integrated structure. A five-story podium anchors the building at street level, activating the public realm with shops and commercial spaces that engage pedestrians through transparency, rhythm, and scale.

Above the podium, the building steps back to form a mezzanine terrace dedicated to outdoor gardens and shared amenities. This elevated landscape creates a transition between the public base and the private uses above, providing residents and hotel guests with access to light, air, and greenery while maintaining a visual connection to the city.

The tower above is defined by a system of projecting balconies and recessed outdoor spaces that are integrated into the structure itself. These elements break down the scale of the building, introduce depth and shadow, and reinforce outdoor living at multiple levels. Rather than serving as applied features, the balconies are fundamental to the building’s architectural identity.

Throughout the project, outdoor space is treated as an essential component of urban density. Private balconies, shared terraces, and planted plazas are distributed vertically, creating a layered relationship between architecture, landscape, and city. The result is a mixed-use building that balances intensity with openness, and establishes a clear architectural identity rooted in structure, public engagement, and livability.
