This Beverly Hills remodel reimagines an existing home through a contemporary lens, focusing on openness, light, and material restraint. The design reorganizes the main living level into a seamless sequence of kitchen, dining, and living spaces, anchored by long sightlines and expansive glazing that connects the interior to the landscape beyond.
Natural materials drive the palette. Charcoal wood cabinetry and paneling enhances the modern geometry, while stone, steel, and glass add clarity and durability. Large openings blur the line between inside and out, allowing the home to take full advantage of Southern California’s climate and indoor outdoor living. The remodel balances precision with comfort, creating spaces that feel refined but lived in.
Throughout the project, careful detailing and proportion guide every intervention. The result is a home that feels both distinctly modern and deeply rooted in its Beverly Hills context, tailored to contemporary living while respecting the scale and character of the original structure.
