Delverton Villa 275

Mui Ne, Vietnam

Residences

Master Planning + Design

This residence is conceived as a quiet modern retreat, shaped by climate, landscape, and a restrained architectural language. One of four prototypes developed for Delverton Resorts in Mui Ne, the design draws from modernist principles of clarity, proportion, and indoor outdoor continuity, while responding directly to the coastal environment of southern Vietnam.

The architecture is organized as a series of clean volumes layered with wood screens, concrete walls, and expansive glazing. Deep roof overhangs and operable louvers temper sun and heat, allowing the home to remain open to prevailing breezes and filtered daylight throughout the day. Rather than enclosing space, the building frames views of palms, sky, and water, making the landscape an active part of daily living.

Inside, the layout is contemporary and flexible. Living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together and extend outward to shaded terraces and private outdoor rooms. Bedrooms are positioned for privacy while maintaining strong visual and physical connections to nature. Materials remain simple and tactile, emphasizing warmth, durability, and a sense of calm.

As a prototype, the design balances repeatability with a strong sense of place. It establishes a clear architectural identity for the resort while offering guests a living experience that feels open, grounded, and connected to Mui Ne’s coastal setting.
