This Beverly Hills residence was approached as a careful design-build renovation that respected the home’s original character while refining it for modern living. Our role extended from architectural design through construction, allowing us to manage details holistically and ensure that every intervention felt intentional rather than imposed.
The interior remodel focused on elevating everyday spaces. The kitchen was reworked as a true centerpiece, balancing classic proportions with updated functionality, durable materials, and custom detailing that supports daily use as well as entertaining. Throughout the home, finishes were selected to feel timeless rather than trendy, reinforcing continuity between old and new.
Outdoors, the project emphasized livability as much as aesthetics. Garden rooms, terraces, and poolside spaces were refined to function as natural extensions of the interior, creating a sequence of outdoor environments suited to both quiet moments and larger gatherings. Architectural elements, planting, and hardscape were coordinated to maintain privacy while preserving the openness expected of a Beverly Hills estate.
As a design-build project, the renovation benefited from close coordination between concept and execution.
