Approached through a grove of mature olive trees, the architecture immediately sets a tone of calm and privacy. The entry sequence is carefully choreographed: floating stone walkways, linear reflecting pools, and sculpted planters frame the façade, where glass and textured stone create a balance between transparency and solidity.

Inside, the main level is designed with openness in mind. Living, dining, and family rooms flow seamlessly, their scale heightened by floor-to-ceiling glass walls that dissolve boundaries between indoors and out. A central fireplace and integrated millwork anchor the spaces, while a sculptural stair—glass and wood with concealed lighting—acts as both circulation and centerpiece.

The kitchen continues this architectural clarity. Warm wood cabinetry, integrated appliances, and a broad island emphasize clean lines and proportion, while carefully placed windows frame views of the surrounding landscape. Every detail, from the recessed lighting to the alignment of cabinetry, reinforces a language of restraint and precision.

Upstairs, the design shifts toward intimacy. Three en-suite bedrooms are organized along a light-filled hall that opens onto a private patio. The primary suite is treated as a private retreat, with a fireplace, balcony, and custom wardrobe. The bathroom extends the home’s modernist vocabulary: floating vanities in natural stone, a freestanding tub set against a window wall, and a glass-enclosed rain shower.

The lower level is dedicated to recreation and restoration. A private theater, wellness studio, and lounge are organized around another fireplace wall, with glass partitions that frame views into adjoining spaces. Materials are kept consistent with the upper floors—stone, wood, and soft lighting—creating continuity throughout.

Outdoors, the architecture is completed by a resort-like garden. The pool and spa are set flush with the ground plane, extending the horizontality of the house. Patios, an outdoor kitchen, and a detached ADU articulate the edges of the site, turning the backyard into a sequence of living rooms under the open sky.

Throughout, the home relies on wide-plank wood floors, sculpted stone, and a restrained material palette. Vertical and horizontal planes are aligned with precision, and natural light is considered as a core building element. With elevator access, smart-home integration, and a consistent architectural language, the residence is both modern and timeless.
