Working with a developer, our design centered around a main feature room with high ceilings and outdoor spaces for socializing and friends gathering. The main floor features an office/bedroom that has a shared outdoor patio with the living room, making it a great way to be separate but connected if necessary. The upstairs features three ensuite bedrooms, a generous laundry and utility room. The primary suite has a private outdoor patio that is nestled within the tree canopy. A roof deck has a clear views of the surrounding mountains.
