Kitchen Renovation
Architectural Design
Warner is a kitchen led renovation that reworks the heart of the home while strengthening its connection to the surrounding living spaces. The project focused on opening up the kitchen to the family and dining rooms, creating a layout that supports everyday use, informal gatherings, and clear visual connections throughout the main level.
The kitchen was designed as a functional centerpiece, anchored by a large island that serves as workspace, seating, and transition between rooms. Proportions, circulation, and storage were carefully considered so the space feels generous without excess. Material choices balance contrast and warmth, giving the kitchen a grounded presence within the home.
Adjacent family and dining areas were refined to align with the new layout, improving flow and natural light while maintaining a sense of separation where needed. Doors and windows were tuned to strengthen the relationship to the outdoors, allowing the interior spaces to extend naturally onto the patio.
The result is a cohesive renovation where kitchen, dining, and family rooms operate as a unified environment, tailored to how the home is actually lived in.
